Mission Statement: A Message From Allan Raible - Editor In Chief

Creative Unrest In The Modern World is a blog started by Allan Raible and Lia Parisyan in late June 2011 in response to the vacuous nature of the majority of the internet.  It is also a place for us to express ourselves and to create something thought-provoking and profound.  Please note that the two of us may not always agree and that posts signed by each one of us depict our individual points of view.  

What Will You Find Here?: Well, that's a good question.  This blog is rather free-form.  You could find news and entertainment stories one day and artistic expression the next.  One day may be deadly serious, the next may be more light-hearted and goofy.  The point is to give you an eclectic mix of interesting and cerebral pieces to read.  If something big is happening in the world, one of us may write an essay.  If we want to do some creative writing, it might end up here as well.

We will keep you guessing.  That's just part of the fun.  In any case, we both hope you enjoy what you find here and continue to check us for updates.
